The new figure is certainly displayed in the best light, hard to resist getting this one. Robin.

Well - I think there's a conversation going on here, Randy.

Tommy is saying ( in a Cockney Geezer accent, of course): ........" Well, look 'ere miss - this is all we could find of 'im - so do you think you can fix 'im up?"

To which she is replying ( in a Northern Accent):........... " Now look 'ere young man - we needs a bit more to go on, than 'is fancy tin 'at"

Doh! {sm4} Nice pic Randy:cool:

Thank you all for your Likes and Comments.
These figures are a wonderful addition to the series.
Since the V.A.D. nurse is listed as No. 1 I hope we will see more in 2015
Perhaps some QAIMNS and QAIMNSR (Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service and Reserves)

I love it. Sounds like the beginning of a new BBC Great War comedy series for the Telly.
The Tommy could also be in a Great War version of Shakespeare's Hamlet:

"Alas, poor Siegfried I knew him well"

Randy:

Splendid vignette diorama in memory of the 100th anniversary of the start of WW1.
