The Vikings (1 Viewer)

I like "The Last Kingdom" also. There is one maybe 2 seasons of that show left.

I’m not sure when we are going to see it as the pandemic put a halt to filming. I don’t know the present status.

Not cancelled, just ended.

Brad...are you sure?
I must have missed the last few episodes or else I forgot what happened...lol...
did Bjorn and Ivar ever have their final battle?

I read this on line...

They said: "Although there's no concrete reason behind the decision to end the series, it's very possible Vikings is coming to an end due to a decline in viewership – especially after Ragnar's death. ... Some fans had boycotted the series following the death of Ragnar, who was a main character for the first four seasons.Jun 23, 2020

Michael, yes. As Mark said the last 10 episodes are on Prime. I could answer your question about Bjorn and Ivar but don’t won’t to ruin it for you. The series did seem to lose some steam after Ragnar exited the scene but Ivar is a very interesting character also although in actuality no one knows why he is called the Boneless and history records him active for five years between 865-870, after which he disappears. He is believed to be somewhere buried in England, but that’s more of conjecture, based upon what I read.

so...
they have not aired yet?
are they on the History Channel like before?

They’re on Amazon. My son and I watched the first four episodes last night.

The first five and a half seasons are also on Hulu.

I just binge watched the last ten episodes and it is a satisfying ending to the show. Hirst ist working on another show about Vikings so we need to see.

I watch 2 episodes Thursday night but 8 more yesterday {eek3} which I've never done before.
