The War in the Middle East 1917 (1 Viewer)

Hoping to act as a peacemaker but when I think of the Middle East, I don't think of Turkey. Geographically that is more Europe and I believe that the Middle East from a WW I perspective would be Transjordan and what is now known as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon and Syria.
Fair enough. When I think WW1 Middle East, it is the Ottoman Empire that comes to mind and therefore includes all the involved territories that the Ottoman's encompassed, regardless of exact geographic local. -- Al

Hi Guys,

Recently we’ve rec’d quite a few enquiries about where our “Beersheba 1917” series based around the Australian Light Horse is heading…

Well as you can see from the about-to-be released General Allenby figure we are expanding into other British and Empire forces fighting in that “theatre of operations”… Among the most exciting for K&C is a certain Colonel T.E. Lawrence.

Watch this space!

Best Wishes and happy Collecting.

Watching and waiting with bated breath! Ollie.

I would love to see Lawrence and his Rolls Armoured car...named BLUE MIST. His driver (named Rolls) would also make an excellent complementary piece.
Ton of possibilities in this series to include many personality figures, and fit quite well with the desert buildings
Walt Damon

Prince Faisal would be great too
