The Winter Kubelwagen (1 Viewer)

I finally got around to opening my KH090 winter Kubelwagen and it’s easily my favorite of the three War Park Kubelwagens. The figures are particularly well done and I like how there’s the full compliment. I’m not overly a fan of the markings on the spare tire cover, however, the whitewash and weathering effects on the vehicle are excellent. Here’s some pics of my very simple vignette with the winter Kubelwagen and some of the other War Park Kharkov figures.

Thanks Mike! And yeah, the swastika tire cover isn’t removable. I’d either have to remove the entire spare tire or paint it over. Granted, the swastika is historically accurate and there are plenty of pics of Kubelwagens with the flags draped over their hoods as ID markers, just I’m not a fan of it being permanently affixed.

Great setup mate but I wished WP just released a camo, Grey, and winter kubels with roofs and no crew like TGM do as ACC packs.

Accessory packs are a good idea for sure! I don’t have a TGM Kubelwagen, but would be curious as to how it scales with the War Park version. Both are likely very similar in size.

However, thankfully the figures on all 3 War Park Kubelwagens are removable and each comes with the closed roof section and a spare steering wheel so the vehicle can be displayed parked, etc. They definitely need to make a camouflage version or two for their Normandy line.

Very cool option. Really like when the figures are removable.
