Hi Guys,

Me again, just a few short snippets of info for anyone interested.

1. Air Crew/Ground Crew

As my old pal Louis mentioned K&C do plan on producing some airfield figures to complement existing and future aircraft models.

Under the present production schedule I reckon the first of these might appear late 2007 or early 2008.

2. Aircraft Models

At present we have 20 x ME110’s...20 x Hawker Typhoons and 20 x FW190’s being produced by our little workshop in the Philippines.

Each of these aircraft will be produced in two different paint and marking schemes (10 of each) I am trying to get partial deliveries — say 5 of each aircraft over the next 6-8 weeks. I will keep you posted on all developments and post photos when they are ready.

Thanks for your patience.

3. D.Day Bunker

I am hoping to see a sample of a lighter weight bunker today or tomorrow. Again I’ll keep you posted re developments.

Actually we’ve already produced the figures to “man it” but I want to show (and release) everything at the same time.

4. Gordon’s Dioramas

Gordon has just finished producing 2 x Alamo Dioramas for U.S. collectors. His next one is yet another Crusader Castle followed up by a massive German railway station scene — double the size of our last one!

On a related diorama point — the Desert scene we gifted to Louis for his “museum” was never going to be US$2,500 as our old friend Steven suggested. Only the “building-style” dioramas start at that kind of price. If we had sold that Desert piece it would have been much, much cheaper. Sorry for the confusion.

5. K&C UK Royal Visit to HK

Next week King Mike & Sue (The Queen Mother) of K&C UK will be making an overseas trip to visit Crown Prince Bob in HK. Unfortunately Crown Prince Tony will be left guarding the castle. We take this opportunity to wish the Royal Couple a safe and happy flight in the Royal Jumbo. See ya all then!

Adios for now...yr. humble and obedient servant,

Andy C.

Thanks for the info Andy.Am really looking forward to the Warbirds, ground crew and also the D-day bunker.I feel a dio coming on!!

I'm not sure i will be able to afford the super rare Warbirds on top of everything else this year, but will buy the more numerous versions.I'm betting those ground crew will be superb and will definetly get them. Will you buy the bunker Louis, would lend itself nicely to a deo in your museum.

I already have one each of the new super limited Typhoons and ME110's, so I will not be getting another in the new markings. I will probably grab one of the FW190's. I will definitely get all Tank crew and ground crew sets. I have to wait and see the Bunker.

I'll probably snatch up the bunker. I really need to get one- have the guys but don't have anywhere for them to land.

Am looking forward to also seeing the pics of the figures for the bunker, some reinforcements for my coastal defence will be most welcome.Although my Germans have a big armoured advantage, they are heavily outnumbered in troops.

The bunker sounds pretty cool. Looking forward to seeing some pictures.

That about sums it up for me. I will want to get one of the 190s. I would like to get one of the others but my body doesn't like it when I don't eat :D

I think the ground crews will be something else. I have the RAF glossy Ground Crew and love that set and am quite anxious to see how these will look. I'm sure they'll be glorious.

I have a modest collection of K&C armor and figure sets. I have the Marines, Rev. War and WWll sets. My last group I got was the AK PZ.ll with Blackshirts, Hummel and Bulge US tank destroyer. Also more Bulge figures in the last year. One thing I must say that through the years I bought figure sets where I ended up not too pleased with my purchases and wondered why I bought them. With K&C I never had that feeling. I been pleased with every set or figure I bought. Wish I could get it all but I am happy with my purchases during the year. Leadmen
