Could be, but the MG looks odd perched where it is.

A much lower production cost with no figure! Maybe its a remote controlled MG like on the Hetzer?

Pretty sure the 12.7 mm DShK Heavy MG mount rotated around the cupola.

Here's three pics with three different orientations on the turret.

That being the case it looks totally wrong on the FM model. It is right on top of the cupola hatch in the center. That MG would be very heavy, and some articulated mechanism to make it move out of the way sounds impractical and unnecessary if it does in fact rotate around on an outer cupola ring or rail.
