This story is covered in the UK? (1 Viewer)

I think it may be down to the fact we have had quite a few instances where things like this happened and, it was down to the parents or, close family friends. pertinant questions which, I am sure the police etc would have asked also.

Lets hope she is found well and alive

We have had several instances also. The comments in the Daily Mail from UK readers pale
in comparison to some comments in U.S. newspapers by Americans. I have to wonder why
the poster singled out a British newspaper and British readers. He could have just as well
made the same point and stayed in his own backyard.

It wasn't "singled out". I was looking for the latest updates and the UK story was on top. Touching that the sad story has international interest and worth noting to the UK members here.

I apologize for using the term “singled out.” I know how it is. Whenever I
search on an American story. I always read the foreign press first. And then,
and then take the time to scroll down to read foreign comments. And then
once again, take the time to post on some obscure forum to let their countrymen
take a note of worth. On second thought, I retract that apology.

Later I’ll check in the readers’ comments of the Boston Herald to see your comments
to let your own neighbors take a note of worth.

My thoughts exactly, Scott. I completely get your what you are saying, and we are all hoping for her safe return. If you don't have anything nice to say (I don't knwo what that was), then please refrain.
