Tiger Wittmann 1/16 Upcoming, Wow!! (1 Viewer)

We're also getting it downunder so I suspect numbers will be over 2,000 worldwide. I'll give it a miss myself as it's just to big imo.

I thought I would post a picture of the new 1:16 Tiger. There are a few differences between this one and the previous Extreme Metal Tanks. Here is something I received from FOV.

This is a Limited Edition. The total production will be limited to 2000 pieces and
the current allocation to North America is 750 pieces.
The exterior of the Tiger I will be the same construction as the Extreme Metal
King Tiger including die cast metal gun barrel, turret and tank tracks. The exterior
will be highly detailed similar to our Extreme Metal King Tiger.
The interior of the Tiger I will not be accessible through the turret and there will
be no interior detail on this tank.
The engine compartment will be accessible and the detailed engine will be
removable and can be displayed separately.
There will be one figure of Michael Wittmann included with the tank and a
biography of Wittmann and an exciting accounting of his famous attack at Villers-
Bocage.
There will be a number of accessories including metal fuel drums, tank traps,
extra track pieces and highly detailed plastic accessories included as well.
The packaging will be different from the Extreme Metal King Tiger. There will be
no wooden crate.

I recieved my shipment of this item on Friday, was lucky enough to take two of the six I ordered to the two shows I attended this past weekend and sold both of them for 500.00 each. Three of the remaining four are presold.

369.00 WITH shipping; it is true that the diecast vehicle market is as cutthroat as they come.

Since UPS has informed me to ship this will cost around 40.00, and the shipping FOV charges to dealers is about the same, that rocket scientist raked in a cool a whopping 39.00 profit on that tank. I'd rather give it away.

Same deal on the Dragon diecast 1/72nd scale armor; I see brain surgeons at the shows selling them for 1.00 or 2.00 over cost. Just brilliant.
