An interesting regiment would be the Welch Fusiliers, the 23rd. They were veterans of the peninsula and according to a web site, faced the 2nd Carabiniers at Waterloo.

No doubt another very distinguished Napoleonic regiment. They fought at Coruna and were the last unit to embark. They did not return untill 1811 where they played a decisive role in the bloody battle of Albuera. They stormed one of the breaches at Badajoz and fought hard at Salamanca. They also fought at Vitoria, San Sabastian, Nivelle, Orthes, St Boes and Toulouse. For Waterloo, Wellington's Regiments lists them as only part of the reserve with only light casualties from artillery fire.
Another excellent choice for the Peninsula would be the 24th Warwickshire with distinquished action at Talavera, Busaco, Fuentes de Onoro, Salamanca, Burgos, Vittoria Pyrennes, Nivelle and Orthes but unfortunately not Waterloo.
