I guess he'll have sergeant's stripes on his arms by the time he reaches the shops.

Hi all,
19 new figures and the WWII German Schwimmwagen just arrived at your favorite dealers. The next issue of the Standard and the new catalog will go to the printers at the end of next week, so we will start sending the summer packets out as soon as they return.
There are plenty of new items in production for delivery in late Summer and the club figures are due to arrive at the end of this month.
I think many of you will like what we are doing and will be happy to see the new additions to our collections.

There are a few new ACW in this issue, including a multi figure set. The fall catalog will be filled with new ACW, including some long requested items. A new Napoleonic regiment will also be featured in the fall collection.
The summer edition of The Standard has been printed and is in our warehouse, the US edition of the summer catalog should arrive at the end of this coming week.
The Exclusive Collector's Club figures also arrived and I must say that they are some of the best figures we have produced to date. We will be shipping these over the next two weeks, so if anyone hasn't renewed their membership yet this is the perfect time!

Ken, thanks for the information and really excited about the new ACW figures coming out in the summer catalog. The newly released ACW and CoE figures I received are great and the quality is better than ever. I guess I better start saving my money for the fall catalog and wishing some of my requests are in it. Hope you have enjoyed my dioramas that I have posted on the forum. I have a small vignette on Chickamauga coming out this week that will use some of my favorite old figures and the new figures. Really appreciate all the hard work from all the folks at WB. Take care. Chris

Just received an additional 2016 Britain Collectors Club figure I ordered as part of my membership. With it was a note saying that the Standard Magazine and Summer Catalogue were at the printers and that they would be despatched in the next 10 days. Not long to wait now!

When do you think the website will be updated? Not sure when it changes in relation to the printed catalogs going out.

I think they give dealers time to update their website first. I always remember seeing the new figures of TF before the WB site. Maybe they will have a new plan of attack under new ownership.

What I have noticed is that the Facebook page has the preliminary figures, news and other aspects and is generally first, the catalogs and Standard are sent out second, retailers update their websites third and then WB updates their website last. That is how it seems things get rolled out. Chris

Articles in the standard for almost everyone this time and the start of a nice Step by Step painting guide by David Younquist.
