Nice one, Steve! But I argue there is a lot to see, no matter how confrontational they are. :salute::

Not sure who'd more trouble the Barbarian or the Geese ! ^&grin

Great scene Steve. Love the geese in this scene. Well done and thanks for sharing your creativity.

Cheers,
Grey

Yes I think I maybe tempted to explore this house a little further, but knowing my luck it would be a trap^&grin , Robin.

With the new naked figures, you can now make a Roman orgy.....{sm4}

Yes the Geese are quite fun and one time historical saviours of Rome from creeping Celts !

You never know Robin ! ^&grin^&grin

Ha !^&grin
Look forward to seeing someone coming up with a display of that Poppo, being a few naked ladies short !
As I think our friend Lurcio sung. There's just no decorum in the forum !:wink2::tongue::tongue:

Despite the "Benny Hillish" comments and chase games that dioramas like this invoke, an impressive scene, Steve. {sm4} That gold statue looks great. I see that you like the "Stands with a Fist" Centurion as well. A great figure I might add.
Give it up to TG's Romans.

Thanks Rob :salute::

Now there's an idea for TG's Naughty Ladies dept !

Yes the Fist Centurion does stand out and will look good in many scenes.

Both the Minerva statues are castings, I just painted them differently. I bought the golden one as it's head strikes a remarkable resemblance to the guilded head of Sulis Minerva on display in the Roman Baths at Bath. Obviously something that was an admired style and pose showing different attributes of the Godess as you can see for yourself in the two example I have and so must of been copied from some original in the ancient world where it would of appeared in many places. Bath is worth a visit if you should ever find yourself visiting that part of England !
