Really looking forward to this set, does anyone know if there will be anymore ordinary tommies in the D Day line?.

Hi. I don´t know, I haven's «heard» of it here at the forum, which surely is a good source of privileged information. But I bet there will be other new Tommies, with action poses. Just look at the marching Waffen SS, there are always other action poses. But I guess it will also depend on how the Brits sell. One to watch, for sure.

Happy collecting,
Paulo

There's a danger that the commando sets may have eaten up the quota of British & Commonwealth D-Day sets: after all, there are North African theatre sets on the way too. (I'm presuming that they're 8th Army and not a new US 'Operation Torch' sub-series, but I thought they said British and Commonwealth in North Africa so I'll presume that they're so). Now that won't leave much room on the WWII for ordinary Tommies. I'd prefer to have a few than to see more commando sets or many more North Africa sets, but hopefully there'll be room for all.

I, for one, would like to see more Tommies although I'll be relatively happy when they do come out soon. I probably could have done with less Commandos because we already have a few sets of those and there will be a half set in the new issues. I have the same feeling about the new U.S. Rangers. I don't even have the old ones yet and but for my son would not be buying the new sets.

What I would like to see, however, is some paratroopers from Pegasus. Something along that line would be fantastic. I'm not asking for a bridge but paratroopers would be great

Couldn't agree more,Pegasus is the series i want most of all. That would be fantastic.I bet there could be some excellant sets in that line, both British and german. What do you think the chance is?.Perhaps if we are really patient, you never know!!

Yes I support the motion for British Airborne figures. I'm sure that would be a popular line for those of us who will never be able to afford the Arnhem series.

:( I'm for the BRITISH, the HIGHANDER'S " AND AUSSIE'S! Both in the Battle-of-Caen- and 8th Army in N Africa! About British AIRBORNE is Great also; but I have 2-Large OLDER 'ARNHEM" Sets in my Private Collection! I'M hoping Andy gives us a ( MK-3 CRUSADER TANK, and a ( M-3 GRANT TANK ) for the N. Africa Sets!also,a BEDFORE / LORRY TROOP TRANSPORT TRUCK! And, a 6 POUNDER GUN TEAM! SAS-Long Range Desert Jeep---CWT-30 RECON TRUCK--LRDG GROUP!
