Thought of more, no order:
The Sand Pebbles, the attack on the river boom.
Guadalcanal Diary when the attack drives the Japanese into the sea.
A Walk in the Sun, the farmhouse attack (a favorite movie of mine).
Bataan, almost any of the combat scenes with the M1917 Mgs.
Battleground when the GI's outflank the Germans in the mist.
Bridge at Remagen when they attack the farmhouse (early in the movie).
The North Star when the villagers attack and retake their village.
To Hell and Back when Murphy manhandles the MG42 on the hillside.
So many to go...
That is a really good film and one of my favorites. I grew up on the 40's/50's era Pacific WW2 films and love them all. All of them have something of interest even if it is just the combat. There is a rather obscure film called "Beach Red" that is an early attempt to show the conflict from both the US and Japanese side. It is pretty good. I also like "Battle Cry". Some great films about the USMC in WW2 were done back then. Great stuff to grow up on. -- AlLancer: there are so many to choose from. One of my all time favorites is the beach landing in Halls of Montezuma, and the move inland..........Stryker

The Battle of Helms Deep in the ''Two Towers'', second movie in Peter Jackson's ''Lord of the Rings'' trilogy. Its got everything, vast hordes, seige machines, storming a breach and a massive cavalry charge. Jackson worked some real on this one.
