Anyone see the Children of the Earth Five-Part Special on TV this whole week?

Thought it was a bit ominous with all the team dying and then Jack leaving in the end, like a true coward, he didn't even mention anything like 'I have to save Earth, but byy doing so I must leave', you know, something at least a tiny bit heroic?

Was a waste of an amazing programme and storyline if you ask me?

Was rubbish that the BBC cut the Torchwood producers down from 13 episodes down to 5

I am a sci-fi fan.Just got to watch Warehouse 13 last night.I think this is going to be enjoyable.Quirky along the lines of Eureka.

I watched the Warehouse 13 pilot yesterday too. I thought it was fun, reminded me of "The Librarian" and the warehouse at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Yes I saw the first two and I liked them.The British are doing some very good sci-fi.They get right to the action.I like Primeval too but too many of the original cast have left for some reason.Being Human looks like it will be good also.

Primevil, Torchwood, Dr Who are all good as is the Brit version of Life on Mars which is sort of Sci Fi as it's time travel with the recent Dr Who Master playing a detective character.

Just got done this series.I thought it was very good.It was a very dark scary series.No real heroes in this one.Makes one wonder what humanity would sacifice to save itself.Would it give up it's most precious gift?Makes one think.
