Good evening,
I was wondering when are we entitled our event in France about Toy Soldiers?

I think if there is indeed a historic place or that such an event should happen is in Paris!

Would you be prepared to make the trip in the most beautiful city in the world for a Toy Soldier Show in Paris?

What do you think? and what do you think Andy Neilson ?:)

Best Regards,

I think you are right. Paris would be a great place for a show. Nancy will even go with me for that one!:D

Hi,

I'm going to be in Paris in early July, so can you let me know about the toy soldeir shops there?

I also belive that at Les Invalides the Napoleonic Gallery is now open, have you seen it? I can recall way back in the 1970's seeing all the uniforms and equipment, bast 2 years ago it was still being renovated.

regards,

John

Of course,

you are 2 shops in Paris :

"Soldatelis" 33 rue des Acacias 75017 Paris

"Toysoldier" 12 rue Amelot 75011 Paris - France

Regards, :)

Thanks for the details,

I remember going to both those last time, I remember a very charming lady at "Soldatelis" so I'll be going back there, because they have castings by Cyrille Conrad and I'd like to get some more of them.

regards,

John

Don't forget that retail stores in France are normally closed on Sunday and Monday ;) There is another great toy soldier store in Paris: "Les Drapeaux de France" located at the "Jardin du Palais Royal" Rue de Rivoli, across the Louvres museum. They have a Web site: http://www.drapeaux-de-france.net
