Hi All

What Train Scale fits with 1:32 Scale?.
And are there any producer's there make Military Trains in that Scale?.

It is generally accepted that 1 gauge approximates to 1/32nd. I believe one of the plastic makers has produced a German engine of WW2 and Andrea have produced an engine of the ACW period, (this is a model, not a toy and is quite expensive in consequence) The best source to find information would be some of the specialist model railway magazines.

I am aware that rather expensive metal train kits of narrow gauge for WWI era are available from Scalelink. These are to 1/32 scale.

I seem to remember that Fusilier produced some resin railway wagons some years ago, they had a diorama at Euro Militaire of troops of WW1 unloading them into GS wagons. They may have gone to Tommy Atkins and it might be worth while dropping them a line.

Thank you all.
I have now been looking at Scalelink hom page, and a very interesting product range they have, both figures, vehicles and trains.
From their links I also went on to Guagemaster hompage, and what I can gather from the two is that the nearest to scale 1:32 is:
Scale O - 16.5 (1:35), also called Gauge 1 or Narrow Gauge.
It is a jungle out there, but an interesting one.
When my funds allow, I would love to get a train to transport some armour.:)

trains are more difficult than rolling stock
If you want rolling stock look at Marklin Maxi or Gauge one and USA trains have depressed flat beds that fit K&C sized tanks:)

Again thank you to all for your suggestions.
Now I have looked further into it, I have found out that Maerklin Maxi, is what I need and want most. If only my funds would allow. But I have seen on Auctions sites, that you can be lucky to pick up some 2nd hand rolling stock for reasonably money. I will continue to look, and when ever I get some pieces, I will post some pictures.
