We have an artist in the UK (Phillip Flockhart) who is beginning to make some fabulous dioramas and is selling them on consignment through us. This one is available. If you're interested, let us know and make an offer so we can run it by him.

If you have a custom made idea, he'd be happy to do that too!

WOW - That is a great diorama !!

What does that cost ??

Very cool scene

As a scratch built base, a lot of time and effort went into making it. The list price is $1000. That's for the base itself, not the K&C sets.

Not a bad price considering the size and detail. I 'confirmed' that price in Chicago with several people who are 'in the know,' and they agreed that it was more than fair.

Hello Peter,

What is the material?

Cheers:)

Thats alot of money. It looks great but $1000 US is alot of money for something for a guy who built it because he loves to build diromas. There are alot of modelers in Australia who would gladly ask $300 AUD for something as good if not better then this one.Good luck to him if he gets it.I spend less than $100 AUD building my dioramas as I think the soldiers should be the ones standing out not the backdrop.

Folks,

If you all saw the diorama, you would see how good it is. Secondly, for this kind of diorama, the price is not out of line, based on others I've seen, including Gordon's.

Brad

You are not trying to compare this diorama with one of Gordon's are you?

Please. Look this is a nice diorama - but, not on the level of $1,000 - thats all I am saying.

But, to try to say this piece is in the same league with Gordon's work - give me break.

Where did I say it's as good as Gordon's? Gordon did like it by the way. All I'm saying is that for these kinds of dioramas the price is not outlandish.

It is good to know the averages prices in the market, I plan to build some small dios like that and sale then.

Is coming very soon

Cheers:)
