We at Treefrog Treasures have outgrown our current space and so we are in the process building a new warehouse!

They broke ground a few weeks back, but here's what it looked like this morning:

When completed it will have 2 levels, a loading dock, office space, a showroom, and a huge shipping area. We can't wait to have a little space to move around!

Our contractor expects the project to take a couple months. We'll keep you posted...

(Ron, did you notice the BOOM in the back of the picture )

How many square feet are you going to have in your new facility. By the way isn't that a BOOM.:)

Hi sirsydney,
It will be roughly 5800 square feet (including both levels). No more walking around with our elbows in to avoid clocking each other or doing football agility exercises hopping through an obstacle course of boxes.:)
Can't wait!

Thats a wole lot of toy soldier space!!:)

Carlos

It is located on the edge of town in the new commercial district and will soon be joined by a strip mall, bank and who knows what else. At present it is just us and a huge gas station/convenience store.
The exact location is the thriving metropolis of Eyota in southeast Minnesota.
Okay actually it is a town of only 1700 people but Eyota is 10 minutes away from Rochester, the third-largest city in Minnesota so it's a good spot to be located in. We're hoping it is move-in ready by October.
Regards,

Hi Shannon,

Like Carlos says, "I just have to find a way to get to Minnesota." Your new building/warehouse/showroom will be terrific! When I finally make it there, my only regret will be not having seen your present place.

You have every reason to be excited. Your new place will be wonderful! Thanks for showing us the picture. If you have time, please take more pictures and show us how the project is progressing!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

It looks great - please do keep us updated with the progress.

As for the Construction BOOM - You might want to have some real BOOM-BOOM in the front of the new store.....It would be explosive :D

Shannon,
I'll give ya even odds that within three-years you will be in the same situation you are today. 5,800 sq ft is not enough. More is better, but I don't have to make the payments to finance this great addition to your business.

Have you ever thought of moving to Morris, we offer all kinds of financial and other business incentives to new businesses? How's about that JOBZ to begin with; no state income tax, property tax, sales or use tax, capital gains if you sell, great stuff for a thriving business like TF. No cost land. Home of the U of M Morris (liberal arts), many many Lutherans, and lots? of toy soldiers collectors; well one anyway. Check this out http://www.sceic.org And, yeah I know, the web site is in bad need of upgrading. Being a non-profit, well you know the sob story. All our money goes into supporting businesses not web sites; so there, what an excuse, I kind’a like that one.

May your new building go well, and the sales that follow go better. Mike:)

Oh Boy- you did it now- now that I have a general idea where it is, I feel a road trip coming on and a big bootprint going into that pretty concrete floor with the inscription "CC was Here!!":D

Congratulations to both of you!! May this be the start of your future multinational megacorp.

TSB - We would like to thank you for your kind 'donations' to our building ;)
If it weren't for people like you...well, we wouldn't need it!

Here's the latest - from yesterday morning:
