I just acquired a large collection of Trophy soldiers including two limited edition
"Battle of Gettysburg ACW sets". Unfortunately I got boxes separately from figures (very common tale :).

These large boxes are just great and present Trophy in its best!

I wonder if somebody have these sets and can post pictures of their contents?

I will start posting pictures from this collection in a couple of days.

Thank you in advance.

These are pictures of the boxes. Both boxes are numbered with "81", I do not know how many TM made but I am quite sure - not many. Every box includes a signed certificate.

Those sets are Pickets Charge and Holding teh Line at Cemetry Ridge
I am not sure how many actually were made.
They are lovely sets.
Well done and I look forward to seeing pictures.

These are soldiers from a collection I acquired. Some of them belong to two set boxes I listed below. If you can identify regiments or any individual pieces please let me know. More pictures are coming :)

Not sure if this is what you were asking but...:D
The Russian with the tip on his helmet is from set CWS5 - Russian Infantry in Spiked Helmet:)

The Other is From set CWS3A - Independand Caucasian Grenadiers, and goes with the Russians in the next picture standing firing and kneeling firing:D:)

Hello boerboy,

Congratulations on acquiring some of the finest ACW sets made by Trophy.

From the images you have posted, you appear to have not only ACW figures, but also Russian and Cossack figures from the Crimean War.

This makes the job of matching the figures and boxes even more challenging.

Best, Raymond.

:)

Hi boerboy

These are very nice sets.
I can't help identify the US and CSA units shown as I don't have any ACW Trophy but does the certificate included with them not give any info?

Cheers

Martyn:)

Holding the line at Cemetary Hill (24 pcs)

Fur hats dark green unifrom = CWS3 Independent Caucasian Inf Corps

The guys in grey with white flag are part of pickett's charge. The Zouaves with red trousers are a separate set. Not sure which one

the 999th Thank you so much for your pictures. I was able to fill both boxes and will post their pictures soon. What is a small brown box in the last row? Is it an ammo box? If so I guess this one is missing in my set. Could you post its close-up, please? What it your box ## (mine is #81)? I suspect that TM made close to 100 sets only.
Alex

There should be an ammunition box for Holding the Line. There is a figure reaching into the box and passing ammo to another soldier.

The Zouaves are a separate set 19th Illinois....I owned it years ago, but do not remember the set #...Michael

You are also missing the civilian John Burns ( figure in black )...Michael

Thank you the 999th and all who helped me with an advise.

I included below the pictures of the sets after "sorting".
I could not find an ammo box but there is no actual "slot" for it in the box....

You have Picket mounted on his horse waving his hat in the air. You posted him separately. He belongs in your Picket's Charge diorama

You have acquired some beautiful sets for sure. You're very fortunate. Congrats.
