I obtained these two pieces, the bag and gifts are tradmarked TM (Trophy) but the Santa is articulated. Is the Santa a Trophy piece? And what else came with the gift set?

I don't believe that's a Trophy piece. Trophy made a few Santas but none like that.

Brad is right, the Santa isn't Trophy.
