Trouble Opening K & C Web Site (1 Viewer)

For the pass few days I haven't been able to fully open the K & C web site. The header picture which goes across the top seems to be the problem; it stops downloading showing only the top half. I thought it was just my computer, till I experienced the same thing at the public library's computer.

Is anyone else having the same trouble?

assumed they wer doing an upgrade.

I've been having trouble opening their site for at least a week now. It just loads up extremely slow.

If the K & C site is just going through an upgrade, then I think I liked the old version better.

I fully expected the problem to be fixed by now. My original post was to let Andy know that the site was having problems if he wasn't already aware of it. I'm sure they must be working on correcting the problem. I wish them luck, as I am no longer able to start each day by checking K & C's site for anything new.

I sure hope it is back to normal before they post the new AK figures at the end of January.

As of the date and time of my post, the K&C website is still loading v. slowly (if at all). Unfortunately, the exodus for Chinese New Year has already started in Hong Kong and they may not be able to fix it until late next week.

I agree. New year's or not, if the new AK figures can be posted might think this could fixed.

I am still having trouble - I can't even get on to the site. Anybody know what's going on or do I just need to clear my cache?

It works for me but very slow to load still. Maybe they need a faster/larger server etc to process pics etc quicker for their expanding number of customers..

I hate to be critical but this site needs some major fixing. You don't want to know what I'd really like to say.

The local government could be the problem. They sometimes screen all incoming signals to China. Old habits are hard to let go of.

Hi Guys

Re the above problem. To be honest we don’t know why this is. We’ve been frantically trying to get in touch with our “web” guy but he’s still away on his Chinese New Year Holidays.

Apologies to one and all for the frustration you’re getting on this problem. We’re as upset as you are – even more so.

As soon as I get more info I’ll let you all know.
