TCM has a movie lover's dream line-up today and this evening. Starting at 9:30 AM EST, Joan Crawford in 'Mildred Pierce'; at11:30 AM, Boyer in 'Gaslight'; at 1:45 PM, Davis & Crawford in the fantastic 'Whatever Happened to Baby Jane'; 4:15 has Corman's 'Little Shop of Horrors followed at 5:30 PM by Hitchcock's 'The Birds'; at 8:00 PM is Ford's 'The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance', starring the Duke and Jimmy Stewart; Paul Newman in 'Hombre' at 10:15 PM; at 12:15 AM (Thursday) is the unequaled 'Touch of Evil' by Welles, and it is the uncut version. If you are still hanging in after all that, 'Kansas City Confidential' is on at 2:15 AM. It is a good noir crime film. Have fun watching all or part. I intend to.:wink2: -- Al

Thanks for the tip Al. Now that I'm retired I have loooooots of time. I will probably try to watch ones I haven't seen before like Gaslight and Touch of Evil.

Brad, you really must catch 'Touch of Evil'. It's so strange, brilliantly shot and acted. Charlton Heston as a Mexican cop, Welles as the corrupt police captain, and the rest of the cast is just superb. It's been a favorite and a guilty pleasure of mine for years. -- Al

Hombre, always watch that one, even though I have it on DVD. Chris
