Two Beauties from Figarti (1 Viewer)

Clive only had a display 88 and Prime Mover - not sure if he sold that or not.
His supply of 88s is coming in a couple of weeks apparently so i've put my order in.
100 each of the Firefly, 88 and Prime Mover will not last long so anyone sitting on the fence will need to get in quick i reckon.

Are you getting the prime mover too James?.

Rob

The 88 first then the Prime Mover when i've saved up a bit!
If you have one then you've gotta have the other! :)

Anyone know if Figarti will be doing the 88 and prime-mover in NW Europe colors? These are gorgeous models that would certainly be on my purchase list IF they were in Normandy type colors. Heres hoping... -- lancer

My guess would be that will see some repaints. It's too good a model to just do 100 and then forget about it.
Figarti do quite a few AK models so a desert 88 would seem very likely.
I'd bet we'll see Normandy too.

They did 2 versions of the Long Tom, 2 Versions of the Grant, 2 LRDG Chevvys, 2 types of V2 so history kind of suggests they might release another 88 too.

Who knows..?

Me i just can't wait to get the winter version.

Guys when you see them in real life you will be totally impressed.

Imagine how we felt yesterday getting three awesome surprises! :D

They might but the examples you cited were all released at the same time.

It may be a silly question but are these pieces metal....or polystone?

Both are awesome but i'll give the edge to the Firefly as we've asked for it for so long!

John,
The "polystone" used by K&C is plastic resin with marble dust. Figarti tanks are polyresin or plastic resin with some type of hardener (not marble dust) with metal pieces and photo etched details added.:)

Thanks Steven, do you happen to know the planned production numbers?

As far as I know, all Figarti products are limited to 100 units. However, even though collectors sometimes mistaken me for Rick, please do not make a purchasing decision based on my information. I am sure Rick will post the production numbers.:)

My box says 006 of 100.
Since its printed on the box, I think that's confirmation there will only be 100 British Fireflies. However, similar to the second V2 rocket, Figarti can always do another variant (different turret numbers or unit) if it feels there is enough demand.:)

Steven you are always a fountain of information!

My compliments!:)
