Harry, the backdrop really reminds me of Picardy! You've done a great job of seemlessly integrating the mat with the image. It's interesting how the color green works in displays. I invariably reach for deeper, truer tones. However, "yellow green" is much more lifelike and appropriate to a natural setting. You've absolutely nailed it.:cool:

No question the backdrops make these diorama's. Just add another dimension. Being so colourful, they are a pleasure to look at. Well done. Robin.
 
I fully agree that backdrops give a great sense of depth to the dio.......What I cannot reconcile is what is Charles Chapin doing in France during WW1....{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}
