Hi guys,

Lately there is some requests from collectors on WW2 American equipment, I just wanted to say that 3 of the items on a certain Shermanholic's list, and a lot more, is currently in variour stages of production at Figarti and will be available in September. Is everyone ready for STUN AND AWE?

As always, thanks for the support of Figarti.

Steven,

You know the list even if you don't know the list :)

Get ready for some serious competition in Chicago.....not!!!

Rick

You remember the schematic I sent you a long time ago. It will fit like a glove with certain items you released already. Alex

Rick, you big tease! Of all OTSNs that I will miss this has to be one of them! I have a professional conference a week later that will take my travel budget so I have to miss the show. I really wish I could be there (maybe a winning lottery ticket?). Since my interest is the US forces, especially in Europe, my curiousity is up. I will be watching this space on Friday and will expect IMMEDIATE info from my friends.

I'll go on the record with a guess - after seeing the S-boote, the Anzio Annie, the B17, etc, I'll guess a full Landing Craft Tank with crews for the USN or the RN. That would fit about five of your wading Shermans :)

Given Rick's latest post, does anyone have any better idea what 'MP3' means or was that just a meaningless codename to throw us off?

...that would beat KC to the punch. Andy of KC in earlier threads mentioned of an LCM3 and an LCT are in the works for 2009. This will be an exciting year...forget about the economy.

This month really stunned me. Until a few weeks ago, I had never heard of FL, and I thought Figarti & CS were content just supplementing a few popular K&C ranges with a few items. I think I was viewing these other lines as a Dieppe raid-an exploratory foray into toy soldiers, but now I see that it was only the first stage of DDAY...the invasion is here:eek:

Yes. Figarti has really ramped up production. As little as a year ago, they didn't come out with new models this often.

Rick is just steamrolling us out of nowhere with great new stuff, and I get the feeling this is leading up to something of staggering proportions in Sept. Sadly, I've already exceeded my toy soldier budget for this millenium ...

....but keep 'em comin' Rick! Fight On;)!
