The Terps clinched the Big 10 Baseball regular season title the other day, their first baseball title since 1971, the year I first attended UMd. The team has had a spectacular year, going 44-10, with the Big 10 tournament and and NCAA's still to come. Go Terps! -- Al

Should have also have posted that the Terps won the Big 10 Lacrosse title against Rutgers. They are the #1 seed in the NCAA tournament.

Al, the women's lacrosse team came up surprisingly short in last yr's NCAA tournament after winning 7 of the last 12 championships and runners up 3 times. They are currently ranked number 2 in the polls. Go Terps! Chris

Terps defeated Cornell 9-7 in the NCAA Lacrosse Championship game today to win the LaX title, their second since 2017 and 4th overall. The Terps finished the season undefeated. Congrats! -- Al
