Up to the Kaiser and back (1 Viewer)

Cheers Mark glad you like it :salute::

Always strikes me as visually strange how in WW2 period photos of bombed cities, you nearly always see the streets swept clear of rubble after the chaotic mess caused from air raids when and where compared with the ruins that where possible life goes on still beneath the rubble from cellars, of course you see similar coming from Ukraine in the daily news !

I took the K&C Kaiser equestrian figure and gave it a coat of green paint to emulate Verdigris which I personally think is more in keeping and will fit in a many late war scenes.

Outstanding and creative work !

Cheers Mike, good of you to say, though I see an error that I could of fixed, but since these pics are just for fun, and not worth fixing.! ^&grin
Title was obviously inspired from the film Twice round the Daffodils !

If this does not show the fruitless of war nothing does. Might take up your idea with the statue also. Robin.

Only used poster paint Robin, so a bit of warm water should remove most of it !
