For me, this is one of your best pictures .
setting, decor, figures; it all matches .
It gives me the feeling of two men , being lost and on their guard for anything that could happen or come their way.

Another great invasion dio Duke.

Got to have been stressful time for these guys with daylight upon them and as they appear to be alone in enemy territory with death seeking them from around every corner. At least for the moment the Germans seem to have passed through a while back with the tank tracks drying out with a crust on top {sm2}

The photo is crisp and the lighting seems perfect..... so real with that shadow.
