Here's another of my Crimea pix, but taken using a polaroid camera after looking at some of the work by noted fine-art photographer David Levinthal who uses figures and models for his photographic series. He did quite a moving series exploring his Jewish heritage and the Holocaust called Mein Kampf which may include some K&C figures. Had they been around, I suspect that he may well have included those SA figures that caused so much angst and heated discussion here a couple of months ago.

His latest body of work I.E.D. The War in Afghanistan & Iraq is also worth a look. Not sure who made those figures though.

Anyway, after being inspired by his work I've started to develop a little project of my own which will feature some K&C as part of the content. Will keep you posted

Very nice shot. The photographer's name you cite, Levinthal, is that the same man who shot the photos for "Hitler Moves East", which I seem to recall used TS also? Book was done many years ago. -- Al
