First Legion is pleased to present our final version of the Opel Blitz truck, the winter version of the 14th Panzer Division! This version is our best value yet as not only does it come with the driver like our other versions, but it also comes with a bonus figure crank starting the engine (this figure is also sold separately as GERSTAL037 so that it can be used with our VEH006 Grey Opel Blitz as well). This highly detailed and accurate model has a wide variety of configuration options making it perfect for displays of multiples either on the move or stopped and loading (or a combination of both!). It can be displayed with full canvas cover on the back, with nothing on the back, or with the metal frame that supports the canvas cover. It can be shown on the move or stopped and loading supplies such as the GERSTAL032 Supplies Accessory Set with loading figure sets GERSTAL030 and GERSTAL031 and the read door fully opens and closes as shown. Finally, not only do the seated Germans sets GERSTAL033 and GERSTAL034 make perfect passengers, but our GERSTAL024-025 Winter Tank Riders are right at home in the rear compartment as well! Finally, GERSTAL036 can be used as well to be shown mounting the rear of the truck and of course GERSTAL038 can be used to help thaw out a frozen engine block. With so many fantastic display options, this vehicle will make a wonderful addition to any serious WWII toy soldier collection! VEH007 Winter Opel Blitz Truck will be shipping to dealers and customers end November 2011!

Alas, this brings to an end our Opel Blitz mania. With so many variants and figures and accessories meant to complement then, at least one of these versions should fit in with collections the world over!

We sincerely hope you enjoy the new set!

Best,

Matt

Totally agree Gebhard....Definitely considering this Winter Opel Blitz...and.....With a single figure included it's priced very fairly....Thank you Matt....Great releases First Legion {bravo}}

Anyone have trouble opening emails from First Legion? The ones I've gotten literally lock up the computer. It's happened multiple times.

I haven't had that trouble Doug. However, in the past, they've taken a long time to load because of the multiple images in the email.

Spot on Gebs, I enjoy looking at the minor detail on First Legion vehicles as much as anything, the pick axe,shovel, are wonderful looking pieces to a great looking weathered truck, the wheel hubs have that older worn look as well, these are the small detail that are worth every penny when you place it in your collection, great job First legion, look forward to the next winter vehicle already!!...Sammy
