All the King's Men is pleased to announce that we now carry the new 54mm Napoleonic French from Victrix. They include grenadiers and voltigeurs. Like other Victrix sets, these are hard plastic and require assembly, but offer amazing pose variety and conversion possibilities. You can see all the details on our Napoleonics page:

These figures ideally complement the line French that we already offer. They make perfect lights and storming parties to our regulars.

Speaking of conversion possibilities, heads from ATKM French match the new Victrix perfectly. That makes for even more options in figure making. These are a few images of plastic figures "wearing" our metal heads. Order 2+ Victrix boxes and you get a set of 9 metal heads FREE with each box. You choose the types of heads.

Look nice to me.Splendid paint work as always Ken. I really enjoy putting the Victrix and Perry plastic 28mm together. Switching parts, gear between the 2 lines and coming up with some very interesting troops. I think a couple boxes of these are in order.

Is there enough gear and headgear included to make a "uniform" unit of troops?

These are really nice figures!^&cool I bought a couple of boxes awhile back and after having them sitting around half assembled on my work bench I,m finally getting around to getting some paint on them. These french figures look much better then the British set in my opinion.
They are on the larger size and would fit better with metal figures like K&C, Britains and Collectors showcase then with the other plastic figures out there. I only have Paint on the 2 bugler I assembled but I,m in the process of trying to get paint on the rest.
Either set can be painted as grenadiers or voltigers so that gives you a few more poses and there is a lot of conversion potential in this set but with all the parts included you have a lot of options just with that alone.

Scott if your looking to build larger units of all the same uniform units you might want to buy a couple of boxes, there are not enough extra heads included to make them all the same. Both sets are pretty much the same bodies but just with extra arms and heads to build different figures from the bodies included. The officers are different bodies from set to set though.

Here are a couple of pictures of the first 2 I have assembled, I still need to do some highlighting to the figures but there pretty much done.

I also took pics of them on side of a K&C figure and a couple of Hat plastic figures.

Glad you guys like these figures, and I'm glad to offer them. Scott, we can work something out on the metal heads we offer extra when you get 2+ sets. I could make them all consistent -- say all in full shako with plume, or all in oilskin -- your choice. Just drop me a line.

Ken,

the Victrix match in really wel with your figures, especailly when all painted in your detailed style with the textured bases.

I'd love to see a whole line up of massed infantry sometime,

Well Done,

John

Thank you! Yours look great. Two boxes make 32 figures that would fill up my table. They are "war game" poses but that is ok for a unit look.

Thanks! Let me think about it. I just started painting 28mm Hinterland female hussars and I want those off the table 1st.
