abandoned my favorite period (1st empire) .... going back 1000 years of history of my country ...
Bought 3 references: superb figurines: scupture painting level and high quality / nothing to say to me, they are perfect (in my personal taste).
My passion is to create sets, I can not let these Vikings without their boat "Drakkar". I picked up tools and brushes !!

In 856: Paris is again attacked This: They Threaten to burn everything if we do not pay 'em off a sum of money: Charles the Bald runs,

They recur in 858 and 861.

Real nice display Guy, i love this period in history as well. I like the weathered colours you have achieved with the ship and shields. I only hope i can achieve something half as good as that with my own project. Regards Greg.

Hi Tom,
OK have been here in this park several times this place is a great source of inspiration, unfortunately no historical representation of the Napoleonic wars is represented; Normal for this Vendée region remained loyal to the King of France when the revolution happened ....
best.

Hi Guy,
Another handmade work of art your creativity and talent are something I really enjoy. Thanks for taking the time to share with fellow collectors my friend. regards Gebhard

It would seem that stepping away from the Napoleonic period has not affected your skill in diorama making. This is really well done.

Wonder if those new vikings would fit in my old 1/32 andeea ship...
