Visit to the JJD UK Stand at the London Toy Soldier Today ( 9th March 2013 ) (1 Viewer)

There's quite a difference in the color between this earlier picture posted and this one from the show. I really prefer the earlier, but fear the latter is more accurate.

Hi Kurt,
Don't worry, she looks great, in our opinion the colour is perfect and the Rolls pictured in both of these photos are probably the same colour, its just the photo and lighting. We have extremely bright lights on our stand.
Roy has however done a sterling job with his photo report, THANK YOU ROY!

Thank you everyone for your kind comments - I had a bunch of fun taking and posting the pics! I must point out that I only have a "point and shoot" camera
( and that's exactly how I use it! ). The natural lighting at the new venue comes in from slit windows placed right behind all the stands upstairs - and it plays havoc with my camera,
making for very bright pictures. Could I please assure Kurt - I have just placed my Rolls Royce A/C in front of the computer screen and the colour is pretty much dead- on to the original
"darker" colour. Please bear this in mind when looking at the other pics.
I'd like to thank James and Adam once again for their very kind hospitality during my visit ( no Matt this time! ) They really are doing a sterling job over here in the UK "Flying the John Jenkins Flag"!

I'm only too pleased to help waving it!

A couple more pics to finish , Cheers, Roy.

Thanks for the photos. That Spad is fantastic. Maybe the best yet.

JJD makes such superb pieces. The new British tank and American fighter look awesome. ^&cool I don't really collect WWI in a big way but JJD is making that decision VERY difficult for me to maintain! :redface2:
