First is the official map of Foreign volunteer sleeve patches and collar tabs and variants issued during the period of the 3. Reich. The border is made up of sleeve shields and the map covered with Wss Tabs over the country where the unit was raised.

The second is a list of Foreign Waffen SS formations and close ups of their collar tabs.

This is very good info normally only used and seen by insignia collectors, some of these patches bring thousands of dollars and are very very rare. Regards Gebhard

Actually your completely wrong sorry to say, the the images I posted are exactly what I said they are.

The second image is indeed a list of Foreign Waffen SS formations and close ups of their collar tabs.

I don't know what you know of Waffen SS insignia but indeed these tabs were made and issued.

Here are a few period photo's of the more rare examples to prove my point.

The british ss were less than 20, I guess , and only photographed for propaganda goals. A kind of fashion show
