Wanted....EA07 Matilda from King and Country......be willing to pay fair market price....please PM if one is available. Thanks, Michael
PS I know about the one on ebay now and the one I missed out on yesterday....

Another one just popped up on ebay, with a reserve however. My guess is it's in the $200 range. However, that may be to your advantage -- divide and conquer, so to speak.

Thanks to Chris's heads up, bought one from Eric for $245. With the last 2 on ebay going for $281 and $320 ,not including shipping.......I felt it was a fair price and I am glad I have one.........Michael

Michael,

Congratulations on your purchase! It is always exciting to find and acquire something you really, really want for your collection. And,...to do so for a fair price! :)

Again, congratulations and enjoy your Matilda!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat ;)

Michael,

Way to go! I knew you really wanted to get this so congrats. Joe has been extremely helpful to many a collector. A couple of years ago after I had lost out on one of his FJ auctions, he directed me to Hobby Bunker that had a set for about original retail. Thanks again Joe!

Yes congratulations Michael.I think the Matilda is a fantastic model, and has to be one of my personal faves of all the Tanks i own.I also like it because its the same colour scheme as the one we have at the Imperial War Museum.Well done on your purchase.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I had bought the Matilda ,at regular retail, after it was retired with the idea of making an ebay killing. I did and then immediately got sellers remorse, which had bothered me to this day. It was worth the extra cost ,in order to get back what had turned out to be a personal favorite. Michael

Be careful with your admissions - there are some who will brand you with the Scarlet Letter of E - bay
