Anyone know the procedure for claiming the War Park free figure, I'm now over the 800 dollar mark and haven't heard anything tried emailing but haven't had a reply. Thanks

I asked to the german retailer and he said that they keep count of your purchases, not at the central store but at the retailer's, and when you reach the 800 mark you can claim the figure, or the retailer will claim it for you and send it.

I've ordered direct from War Park and the service has always been very good , strange this seems to be a problem.

I have ordered directly from War Park and started before they had the website.

Initial request for figure was responded to with it's in the order.

Order arrived no figure and since than no response to any emails sent

Speaking of service orders used to be sent immediately they were placed now they seem to be delayed

Bit worrying , maybe its a one man band and more time is being spent on producing new figures.

Can't complain about the price and quality , I haven't brought there armour yet as First legion keeps bring out too much I want.

Sorry to hear that Mark, I have ordered from WP twice and had no delays/issues with receiving my items. I have also corresponded with Hangyu by email without any issues.

You might guess I'm a little pissed off with Hangyu and War Park so much that once I've finished getting the winter figures and vehicles I will not be getting any of their other releases.

Only response was what number I would like which I responded to but no reply.

I have been advised that droop isn't on the grey MKIV so I have taken the punt and ordered the Winter Tiger that was done over a week ago and as yet not be advised that package has been posted as they normally do just acknowledgement of my order and payment.

I also have barrel droop on my winter Panzer IV but this has occurred on many of my K&C tanks as well as one JJD Jagdpanther and TGM Hetzer. So it's not a biggy for me as well as my other tanks although of course I would prefer no droop at all! I just received the camo Panzer IV and there's no droop and the quality and finish is awesome so I'm one happy camper!

I understand your concern with the delay, it has happened to me but at the end of the day I get my stuff so I'm not fussed about it.

Don't take this the wrong way I'm glad that War Park go out of their way to provide a service to you.

The service I have received is sub standard and Hangyu not replying to emails is unacceptable I have spent a considerable amount of money with them and was one of their first customer.

The barrel droop has nothing to do with K&C , JJD , TGM, ED or FL it was War park's problem with the winter.

In War Park case no acknowledgement of the problem or apology at least Andy offered an apology on the latest Tiger I purchased and replaced it when it had a barrel droop and replacement had no droop

No worries Mark, I didn't take it the wrong way. I only referenced the other manufacturers regarding the barrel droop as it appears to be a bit of an issue across the board and not just with WP. I think they have learned from it because my new tank doesn't have an issue. Yes, it's not great to get a product with an issue after paying big money for it but I'm prepared to cut them a bit of slack as it was there first tank and overall I'm still happy with it.

Like I said previously, I have had no issues with receiving a response from Hangyu so it's regretful you are having an issue on this.

Just to provide an update on my free figure issue.

I have received this afternoon my Winter War Park Tiger and very pleased with what I have been sent no barrel; droop gun stays in one place.

Included with my order as well as other piece were both free figures I had asked for so thank you Hangyu you have restored my faith in War Park and I certainly will recommend product to others.

Would suggest improving your communication.

Also my parcel was sent from China last Thursday arrived DHL today. By comparison had a parcel sent from Adelaide in Soth Australia to Brisbane in Queensland take best part of 4 weeks and i paid the postage.

A no longer pissed off War Park customer and one looking to place next order

Yes, Warpark DHL shipping very fast, I get my items within a week or perhaps 7-8 days. Calif.
Communication is not perfect, but worth the effort for these nice products.

On the one hand, I'm looking forward to the Crusaders on the other hand, that's going to blow my (money) frame at some point.
So many vendors now have so many beautiful figures on offer, so hard to decide before they are sold out.
