Funny, I didn’t realize that the sides could fold down like that as a standard feature. I went to a research group on Facebook and without having to even ask the first post had a picture of one with side down.

The street base looks fantastic. I just ordered three copies. My very first War Park purchase. I've been tempted to buy War Park figures in the past but I get the impression (from comments on this forum) that figure scale may not not complement K&C and TG releases.

Most likely they would look small compared to those manufacturers. They’re more in line with FL, WB and KP.

Thanks for confirming the scale issue with K&C and TG. War Park figures do look fantastic.

Got these pics from FaceBook comparing the War Park Opel to the First Legion Opel. Not even remotely the same size. The War Park model is BIG, my guess is it's compatible with K&C trucks.


There go my hopes of using the War Park Blitz with my early war FL armor/vehicles. Not surprised though, as most of the War Park tanks/vehicles are a little bigger than true 1/30.

The length of the real Opel blitz truck is 6000mm. 1 / 30 is 200mm.
The truck length of war park is about 202mm.

All brands say their proportion is 1 / 30, but their proportion is different.
The 1/30 of war park is always 1 / 30 of real size.
If you want to know the size of the War Park, check the real size online and divide it by 30.:salute::

I do collect K&C, JJD, WP, TG and WB. For FL, mainly some ancients.

For the WW2 range, you may want to compare the figure size versus the tank size. You will find that the figure sizes for the aft mentioned brands are oversized compared to their tanks. But that is not to say that it is right or wrong as collectors should just buy based on their preference. Some people may prefer their figures to be more chunky. Just look at photos of tank riders. Compare the recent tank riders release and how many more figures you can put on the tank. Check the sizing versus historical photos and they kind of line up.

Can anyone who has access to both a FOV Opel Blitz truck and a FL Opel Blitz truck, please take a photo of them together? It seems that the FOV and FL are about the same sizes. Take note that the FOV is 1:32.

There are also lower tonnage versions of Opel Blitz trucks. It is up to you to decide if the FL is a lower tonnage. I don't really know, nor am I suggesting it is. But there are different versions of Opel Blitz.

Below are the photos of WP and K&C. K&C back in the earlier days was releasing tanks and AFVs that were under size compared to their figures. Think Tunisian Tiger and Opel Bitz days back then.

Below are the details that sealed the deal for most people who came over to my place today to look up the Opel Blitz truck when the shipment arrived. It is just like buying a finished model kit except that most of the well finished plastic kit models go for crazy prices here. So, this is what they are getting. Apologise that I did not rotate the photos. But, i kinda got lazy with going into forums. Mostly onto Facebook now for those of you that know me. Hope you enjoy the details below.

Yes, I am. I took it up while I was based in Shenzhen back in 2015 and felt that their products were pretty good. So, I started to hand carry back some of my own purchases from China each quarter to introduce them during our Singapore (collectors) club meets. One thing led to another. Back then, it was just the Kharkov range and War Park was a relatively young brand, Finally, we came to an agreement to have this done more regularly as a dealer. (Please note that it is not my core business and I am mostly doing this out of enjoyment of the hobby and meeting/making new collector friends. Most of the collectors who have purchased from me will know how I am with them)

I had the FOV Opel Blitz and it was smaller than the FL Opel Blitz. I could display it in the background to create forced perspective of it being the difference. I have pictures in my old Photobucket account. Not sure I can get them back.

The TGM and FL Opels were great together because the TGM could be the 4,2 wheelbase and the FL could be the standard 3,6 wheelbase. Other than that they were similar enough to display side by side.

The K&C was much bigger. I was hoping that the WP one would be the 6700A version which then it could be bigger/sit higher off the ground due to the 4WD.

I will measure when I get mine.
