From a local very hot July I’m happy to show you my last job.
It is a war time Italian building with the lower part used as a ‘trattoria’ which means a cheap restaurant, and the upstairs, sadly impracticable, as a ‘pensione’ which means a cheap hotel.
I used the usual polystyrene sheets for the walls and balsa for doors and windows.

Wow, very nice!!! And so many details inside....I would have painted some walls with pastel colour , but that is my taste....


PS: and remember that " il Risorgimento" was made by Napoleon III :p
 
Just love your displays. I like what a lot of you are doing with this long grass. Where can I get some while in USA.

That building looks great, very nice job on the bricks and mortar.
 
She has a big job ahead with her broom trying to clean a shell ridden building, would not mind having that building in my collection, thanks for sharing, cheers, Robin.
