I've put this thread here so as not to accuse any particular manufacturer or photographer :)

Maybe it's just me but lately I've noticed that a number of pictures of new models leave a lot to be desired. I guess I'm stating the obvious, but it's vital that manufactures supply good quality and true color photos of their products. It doesn't do anyone any favors to have poor quality photos of a new piece, especially for those collectors that like to pre-order. King and Country ensure their pieces are shown in their best light and I can't see why other companies don't make more of an effort in the photo department.

Getting high quality images from manufacturers is about the most difficult thing you can imagine. Between the huge image size of the file, the naming of the images (which is usually a name rather than the item number) and just getting a maker to provide a cd - it's enough to make your mind explode.

Some of the websites are just cumbersome to use. KC seems to do an ok job with the actual photos, but their webpage requires two or three clicks to pull up the photo which then is displayed in one small corner of the screen. Maybe it is just my lack of computer skills but they don't make it easy for us.
I also would like the have ability to get a 360 view of any vehicle.

I try to place all of my inventory within two or three logical clicks away from the people looking at my site.

A 360 view would be a nightmare to produce and then for us dealers to implement on our various sites. Great idea tho. Maybe some day when the technology becomes easier to use.
