Wellington kit and Painting (1 Viewer)

Since the Wellington figure is no longer available from FL but the unpainted kit is, is there anyone out there than can do a commission job and paint the kit to the high FL standard?
Have you used any one before that you can recommend. Curious to see what the forum members think.

Those forums include many professional painters who are known internationally and who show their work and compete in the best shows, like MFCA, MMSI, SCAHMS, National Capital Society, Euro Expo (successor to EuroMilitaire), Herzog von Bayern, etc. Those are folks like Dennis Levy, Anders Heintz, Doug Cohen, Alan and Marian Ball, to name a few.
