Yes, they are being unpacked and checked into inventory as we speak along with 120 other cartons of various First Legion goodness...

That's the good news. The slightly bad news is that it will take until the end of the day tomorrow to get it all checked into inventory and our warehouse is closing for thanksgiving (which, being in China, i COMPLETELY forgot about) early on Wednesday until Monday. Sooo, we'll ship what orders we can, but certainly won't get them all out before the holiday break.

Also, though we're out of stock on it until mid-late January when our restock will arrive, somehow a lone NAP0035 made it's way across the Pacific according to the packing slip...

Yep. NAP0035 is the only figure we don't have stock of for the holidays as there are a few particular collectors who have insatiable appetites for this particular figure code. Everything else we have plenty of. More NAP0035 will be coming in January.

I'm hoping they hit our warehouse today (Friday). The changes customs has requested have been made a few days ago and now it's just a matter of them confirming it and then delivery being made to our fulfillment warehouse, which is about 10 miles away from where they are being held.

I really apologize to all for the delay, which was compounded because of thanksgiving. So they will ship any day now, as early as today.

We're now looking at the middle of next week. US Customs informed us today that our corrections were not sufficient, so we need to go back in (again) and remark all of the products (again) at the customs warehouse. We've schedule this to be done on Sunday, so we're hoping it can clear customs on Monday or Tuesday.

We sincerely apologize for the delay.

This saga has finally ended and we have our product. All orders will be shipped out immediately and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Please note that the shipment was actually on time to meet the pre-order ship date until US Customs got involved. The mistake was ours, and it was a costly one, but it has been corrected already for future shipments. So please expect future pre-orders to go out on time and for this problem not to be repeated.

Wow, these look really cool like this. With the backdrop and the birch, they actually look like real little men out there skirmishing. I'm glad you're enjoying them and I look forward to seeing some more of our figures on such displays. Thanks for posting the images.
