With Chicago just a couple weeks off. What are you hoping to find there. We will try and bring some consignment stuff like old britains ANI among others. I personally will be looking for Fire engines. I was happy last year when I saw Britains X-mas set :cool:. What are you hoping to find???:confused:

So I was thinking of placing a huge order but I thought to myself why don't I just wait to the Chicago show and p/u most if not everything I planned on buying there. Problem is alot of the items I'm picking up are from the new K&C Battle of the Bulge releases. Since this is a 1st time for me will these pieces be available at the show seeing that they are not due until Oct?

I am hoping to see Andy and Gordon Neilson, Rick Wang, Steven Chong, Hans Hedrich, Larry Lo, Brad Lewin, Tim Tyler, George Guerrerro, Paul Herrmann, Bubba, Woody, Bob Fisher, Pete & Shannon Reuss, John Jenkins, and all my friends from this forum, who are too numerous to list individually. The toys are nice, but the people make the hobby worthwhile.

I would like to find any mint retired ONTC sets: ETO-04 "Counter Pounch", ETO-05 "Escape to Nowhere", or ETO-09 "Breakout".:)

Ditto on that. The reason for going. It can't come soon enough :)

I would like to find IWJ sets and some Trophy sets and to meet some of the forum members for the 1st time.

The resignation on Brad's face as I stay one step ahead of him.:D Of course, it sounds like he has given up this year.

That's true because I will have blown my wad trying to get all those rare Figarti releases :)

Lots of good photos here from those who attend, especially of George's Dios.

Carlos and Steven are very good in that regard. I will try do my little part as well. Bill, you need to come next year. I'm sure you'd have a ball.

I prefer the 1:30 scale stuff. Those 1:1 scale figures take up too much space. :p

Hello all,
I am hoping to get a chance to step out from our room and look for my "one-armed Elizabeth I". I know she is out there! That aside I am hoping to put more faces to names!
See you soon,
Ericka
