Hi
I pinched mine from one of my favourite shows seinfeld ,one of george costanzas alter egos
''art vandilay'' who runs an import /export buisness. As i buy most of my stuff overseas and sell stuff ocasionaly it seemed to fit the bill.

sorry to be un-original, but "binder001" is just easy to remember. I use that User ID on several internet newsgroups, so I can remember it easily. Same name, just add passwords and start typing.

Mine is the User ID I use on the Internet for both my personal and professional transactions. I use the same user ID so that my little mind will not forget what it is. sceic2 means Stevens County Economic Improvement Commission (my employer) and the two is just a number to break up the alpha trend. Michael

Hi Guys,

I wish I was as original as Vandilay thats a funny one! Mines just my initials and last name.

Dave

Gentle Friends,

I guess I am the least original of all. My ID is simply my last name before my first: wadepat = Pat Wade.

Warm regards,

Pat

I used to race Mountain bikes and I had a Dakar Expert bike and my name is Alex.

As the administrator I don't think I had any choice as to what my name was. Besides HM the Supreme Ruler of the Toy Soldier Forum Universe was too long:p

Shannon,

I don't think "Her Majesty, The Supreme Ruler of the Toy Soldier Forum Universe" is too long. It has a nice ring to it. ;)

Warm regards,

Pat

Digger was already taken, so I just put Oz in front - but you knew that anyway didn't you :)

Btw, my avatar is an Australian Dingo which is a wild dog with a cunning and some what aggressive nature. They sometimes dig holes for dens and to capture prey etc so I used him as a gag with my Aussie Digger ID. Many dingos bred with feral dogs but there is a pure strain of dingos on Fraser Island (the largest sand island in the world) which is only about half an hours drive from my home. A few years ago a dingo killed a 12 y/o boy on the island and of course you all would know something about the dingo that took the baby at Ayers Rock (Uluru) years ago - "a dingo stole my baby"

In fact they make excellent pets if you know how to handle them. They don't bark and are very protective of their owners family and property. They will sometimes let you into a house or property but they will keep you there until the boss gets back. My father crossed a wild dingo with a pure bred Australian Cattle Dog back in the 1950's and we kept the line going for many years. Our neighbours knew not to come into our yard by themselves :)

Leadmen??? maybe I should change it? Lead is not safe and my neighbor came over to tell me be carefull with your soldiers. Maybe I should become pewter guy? Naw-- I'll stick to the lead. John

Mine's from a comic book character called Major Eazy. I loved his stories when I was a kid. I registered on this forum after I'd just dug some old Battle Picture Weekly comics out of the loft and I decided to use the Eazy name. Major Eazy was a member of the LRDG and was a cross between James Coburn and Clint Eastwood.

I nearly went for Panzer G Man but decided to be patriotic! Panzer G Man was cool though. He was a tank crewman who was wrongly accused of cowardice and forced to join the "dog soldier" Panzer Grenadiers. He always managed to save the day and certainly beat back those "Ivans" with his stick grenades. :)

My son got me into Warhammer 40k gaming. Maddadicus, captain of the space marines, Maddork, ork leader, Maddad, son says it represents my normal disposition.....probably more info than you need to know...Michael

I don't need to explain it, nor do I wish to get wrapped on the head by the people kind enough to allow me on this forum.

The F is for FOULED, Okay?

Refers to my total obsession , beyond reason , beyond time space and reality { as my DI used to say}for all things miniature. My Spine resembles that remark too. Take care of yours!!!!!!!!
FUBARRRRRRRRRRRR:eek:

Hi guys! My computors been down and its driving me nuts not being able to get online. The only good side to that is all the cool posts i,ve missed(almost a months worth). Its a total overload tring to read them. Fishead19690 is my online name and i use at a few different sites. It started at a fishing site as fishead but on ebay there is already a fishead and a fish head, fishead1969, fish head1969 ect.so it became fishead19690. The computor is still down but the other good news is the stripped bass will be returning to the new england waters soon and i can return to my other obsession of surf fishing:D . Till they get here i,ll just finish off some off the plastic conversions i,ve been working on. My napoleonic austrian artillary are just about ready for some paint.

Hey Eazy, that's really cool! I loved war comics when I was a kid, although I don't remember Captain Eazy. Being a member of the Long Range Desert Group and a cross between Clint Eastwood and James Coburn sounds just about as good as it can get. I'm not as creative, and after all, I didn't even pick my name, Shannon did it for me.
