Hi all , nothing new or exciting from Britains in zulu war exclusives since the new owners took over
has anyone heard anything

A couple of new figures shown on the Britain's site under the Zulu section. Two troopers dragging a wounded guy and another single figure, plus a limber. Otherwise all is quite in the land of Zulu. On past time frames, anything announced in the near future still will not materalize until next year. Hopefully like me, you have some other series to collect in the meantime. Robin.

No idea, whether it'll be an exclusive or not, but Ken did mention a few months ago in a post, that he was in the process of modelling a mule for a Rocket detachment. But since that was pre change, its probably a safe bet we'll not see it this year !
Still something to look forward to at some stage !
Steve

I think they also like to rotate between each series so each one gets a turn at get a plentiful supply for that season.

I agree that they seem to highlight a few series so that everyone can get a turn. They will also seem to always have a few figures in a series to keep up the interest. Not sure if they will keep this practice going forward. Time will tell. Chris

Not seen anything new from britians own exclusives, Manchester house or sierra in awhile. I am guessing they put a lot of resources into launching theirww2 and Vikings product lines.

Sorry slightly of topic , but how do you guys rate the desperate escape set .I'm debating about getting it but it's a decent chunk of change having never seen it first hand .

I recently purchased The Desperate Escape set. I think it is a great and impressive set. I do think Britain's produced too many of them though which if I am correct was around 600 made in total.

I paid 300.00 Pounds for my set from a private seller which is the cheapest I have seen in the last few years. There is one going on e bay for around 330-340 Pounds. (Sorry my Pound sign isn't working)....

Regards

Zulu Dawn :)

It is great set, if you have the cash to spare you will not be disappointed with it.

Apreciate the feedback guys , theirs only so much you can tell from stock photos .
