Hi Mr. Colt 45,
The recent use of "P" results from King and Country releasing a series of figures referenced as "Premium." K&C are attaching the Premium label to figures that are intended to be more finely detailed and more finely painted. These figures are indicated by attaching the "P" at the end of the specific set number (i.e. Set #101P)
The use of abbreviations is frequently used to indicate specific manufacturers, specific ranges, or specific eras. I am listing a few examples below, but the list is certainly not comprehensive. If you do not understand an abbreviation, please ask and someone will quickly translate the abbreviation for you.
Examples:
Manufacturers:
K&C - King and Country
FL - First Legion
TG - Thomas Gunn
Ranges:
AE - Ancient Egyptians
AK - Afrika Korps
BOB - Battle of the Bulge
LOJ - Life of Jesus
MG - Market Garden
Eras:
ACW - American Civil War
AWI - American War of Independence (American Revolution)
WWII - World War II
I hope the above is helpful to you, but, like I said, when in doubt, please ask.
Warmest personal regards,
Pat
