Hello Malatee,
If you have not seen it already, hopefully you will find the following web site helpful; http://www.panzerworld.com/german-armor-camouflage . Due to the popularity I believe several of the hobby paint manufacturers sell the correct colors of paint. Apologies if you have difficulty with the English, am sure you can find someone to help translate the article into French.

I painted once, a kit, at the end of he 70ies
Using airbrush and Humbrol Enamel HM06 Field Grey, following info given by Mr Verlinden I mee in a shop in Anwerp ( Belgium )

1 cover all uniformely field grey
2 add white spray as a cloud ( almost all )
3 recover all with matt varnish
4 wait for drying
5 use Wisosr & Newton Oil Black, diluted to liquid form, brush everywhere and clean directly with sponge, black will say in recesses
6 drying time
7 apply mix of field grey and white Humbrol, in an almost dried form, with a flat brush in imperceptible quantity ( drybrushing ) on all embossing, le it dry, do it again, let it dray do it again with lighter and lighter colour
8 drying time,
9 back to 5, 6 and 7 with almost completely white on the mos raised places
10 drying
11 as I wanted it, as at the end of winter, rust everywhere, I used Burned Siena Earth diluted, and let it flow by gravity
12 camouflage net are medical bandages, weted in a mix of 50/50 water and white glue for wood, puted in form on the tank, aplly various green by drybrushing

And the result was
