What Is Your Favorite King&Country Tiger (1 Viewer)

A lot of pics of collections and dioramas generated over the last day or so which brings up the question out of the "Given" choices : AK Tiger,Winter Tiger,Kursk Tiger,
Snow Tiger. Which Tiger is "your" personal favorite. Give a brief comment on why your pick stands out from the rest.
For myself the AK Tiger would be #1 based on paint scheme, detail, and figures included. Sorry about the Winter Tiger pic. It got "chopped" in the uploading process.

Great idea and have just posted tigers in the thread rob started so, I won't replicate them here. From the tunisian tiger there have not been any poor tigers but, for me the tunisian is the best release followed by the kurst tiger then the snow tiger. I like the wittmann and winter tiger for different reasons. could not choose one which I like as each time I look at them I think this is the best release then I look at another and think no, thats the best. each has its merits but, the tunisian edges it for me

Never had the Winter Tiger and I sold the Wittmann version, so those two are out. I have the early 'white 131', which was my first Tiger from anyone, and was my favorite at that time. Now I would say my favorite is the Snow Tiger. I really like the 'Kursk' Tiger, as well, but the Snow wins for a couple of reasons. I like the camo paint job a lot, along with the weathering. The figures are quite good, especially the CO. It is also the only winter piece I own and is unique because of that. The various little details also make it a winner, such as the crew helmets, the unditching beam, camo tarps, and the fuel drum. I just find it a well thought out piece with a war weary look. -- Al

For me PA it will be the Tunisian Tiger but only just over the Snow Tiger. I agree with the other comments about it being the best because of it's colour and the large number of figures you get with it. On detail i think both are on par.

Yes I agree IMO the Tunision is the best out of the lot to date. But the Kursk one is very nice IMO
underated. It has a nice look to it, I like the camo KC did a good job with this one...

The thing is you would make a killer Tiger tank diorama if you had one. Maybe a snow tiger being captured by some G.I.'s in a Bulge dio? ^&grin
