Darn, I got so involved with the top that I just gave the bottom a cursory glance - mostly to see the engine details under the rear hull., that I didn't look at the nameplate itself. I's at work, but I think mine was in the mid-300's.

Got mine today and i like it a lot.I think the sandbags look better in the flesh than they do in the pics.Just looked underneath and mine is numbered 0079.

With the original Sherman,Hellcat,M10 and now this there is quite a pool of crewman to work with.Would love some 101st tank riders with greatcoats on.

Regardless of the discuss regarding this particular model I just opened mine today and placed it next to all of the other K&C Sherman Tanks. What a wonder model The increased quality between DD27 and BBA15 is amazing I would buy this one all over again. Keep up the great improvements. This model is one of the reasons I really do love this stuff
