I collect K&C Napoleonic and a few Second World War figures. I also collect Canadian ceremonial figures, which are 1/32 glossy miniatures. In addition, I have a large collection of plastic Napoleonic and First World War figures, which I still need to paint!

Hello Scott,
Your poll is certainly an interesting step in the right direction, however am of the personal opinion that the members of the TF Forum are a bit more complex and discerning than the limited scope of parameters you provide in your poll format. A couple of years ago I developed an initial draft of a taxonomy, but its format was "a bit too involved", precluding all but the real toy soldier/military miniature addict from responding. With your permission I will resurrect it here in order that you can pick and choose what you might incorporate in an expanded second edition of your poll. Please forgive the image size which is constrained by the limitations of the forum's software. Hopefully you can improve the visibility by dragging the image off onto the face page of your computer, and enlarging it.
