Ok guys heres a new poll. What would you like to see from Figarti next with their AFV's.Now i've put in a wide range of choices but as usual apologies for anyone who thinks i've missed out their choice.

Just a bit of fun in the run up to Chicago.

Rob

a jerry panzer for me.
i know traditionally there are a lot of jerry panzer releases, but with the quality of figarti, i would like to see their production of the panther.:)

Yes there are still plenty of German classics awaiting the Figarti touch. For me though i'm after a Churchill Crocodile.:)

I wonder how really effective this poll or any Figarti poll is, only because Rick does not look at the Forum as often as Andy may, so this may fall on deaf ears, not to mention that the pace of Figarti releases is a lot less than K & C, probably lessening the chances of something from the list being made.

I don't know Brad, if you look at the last few releases, an 88, a Firefly and a desert Priest, it seems like Rick has been paying pretty close attention to our forum wide grousing, and released the top three most wanted pieces. If he next releases an 8th Army, 7th Armored Division desert Sherman, I'll be pretty sure he pays attention to our want lists.

yeah, its just for fun. if rick does read this it'll be a bonus. anyway, no doubt many here are curious what rick is conjuring up this chicago show.:)

I should say at this point i wasn't expecting Rick to look at this, its just a bit of fun designed to get people talking Figarti in the run up to Chicago.Apologies if its out of place.

dont worry about it rob, i do understand it.

the excitement of FL's stug and Figarti's unknown upcoming pieces have put the springs in my steps.:p

Wouldn't that be something  Because Figarti is a smaller company focused on WW2 and makes small production runs, Rick just may be more inclined to hit sweet spots of demand. At 100+ pieces, he can satisfy a long standing specialty demand without major market supply risk. Tell me 150 desert Shermans wouldn't sell out in a few months. :)

No need to apologize Rob and perhaps Louis is right. I don't recall our asking for a Desert Priest but if we see a Desert Sherman at Chicago, I'll eat my words.

With me its gotta be a halftrack, British, American, German. Any one. But a british would be nice to tie up with the firefly and the Highlanders(They will appeciate the ride don't you think??);)
And as far as Rick maybe not reading this, Well I mentioned to the forum about the fragility of Figarti, and me being cautious about buying any thing expensive. 2 maybe 3 hours later. Got a message from him. that He will stand by any products. and would fix any problems.
And Thanks Rob for putting another poll, I like Polls. And Does put an opportunity, For Rick and Andy To maybe have an Idea. On what we Really like to have.

For the life of me I cannot understand why we have not had a Desert Sherman yet.
There are so many Normandy ones around.
All you have to do is slap on some desert camo and change the crew.

Standard British Sherman to accompany the Firefly and a Brit (US) half track with bren gun armament (see Bridge Too Far)........and.................

but my wallet does hurt......................

I actually had thought of having Alex do that with the K & C classic Sherman. I believe Gary Binder said they were compatible.
